1. Visit Downtown Wakefield, Rhode Island

Historic downtown Wakefield has something for everyone.  As you walk around, you will take in the sights of historic buildings with beautiful architecture lining the Saugatucket River. Stop inside any of the small shops or restaurants along Main Street and find an eclectic collection of antiques, local artists, gift shops, and so much more.

2. Shop at Green Line Apothecary in Rhode Island

Green Line Apothecary on Main Street in Downtown Wakefield offers a full-service pharmacy to local patrons, but it is so much more than that.  This store is a modern version of the old-fashioned pharmacy and general store.  Green Line Apothecary is filled with vintage charm that one must experience.  Shop carefully curated goods sourced from local artisans and suppliers, from specialty soaps to fragrant candles.  The Toy Stop at Green Line Apothecary is always a family favorite as it is filled with vintage toys and collectibles that transcend the ages.

3. Experience a Vintage Soda Fountain in Rhode Island

Root beer floats, lime rickeys, phosphates, egg creams, and other classic soda fountain beverages are served up at Green Line Apothecary in Wakefield, RI and Green Line Apothecary in Providence, RI.  Complete with soda jerks, vintage stools, nostalgic tunes, the recreated soda fountain experience is fun for all generations.  The soda fountains are restored from historic fountains of the past, adding to the realistic ambience.
